We take a limited number of instructions at any one time so that senior people remain personally engaged. Our work concentrates in three connected areas.
We advise principals, families and their offices on the matters that sit closest to them: succession, holding and wealth structures, reputation, and the confidential pursuit of personal and commercial opportunities across jurisdictions. Many long-standing clients instruct us on everything of consequence.
We act on confidential acquisitions and disposals where discretion and pace are decisive, including the purchase of regulated businesses, banking licences and financial-services platforms. We prepare and negotiate letters of intent, non-disclosure agreements and definitive documents, and we run a secure deal room for every transaction.
We guide clients through authorisations, licence transfers and surrenders, and engagement with financial regulators, with particular experience in Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the European Union. We are accustomed to working to regulatory deadlines and to the sensitivities of institutions in transition.
